INGREDIENTS
- 18 oz refrigerated three-cheese tortellini cooked
- 1/2 c heavy whipping cream (HOT)
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 6 T grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 te black pepper
- 6 oz baby spinach leaves
- 1 c quartered cherry tomatoes
