Creamy Tortellini

Makes 6 servings, 1 1/2c each


INGREDIENTS

  • 18 oz refrigerated three-cheese tortellini cooked
  • 1/2 c heavy whipping cream (HOT)
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 6 T grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/4 te black pepper
  • 6 oz baby spinach leaves
  • 1 c quartered cherry tomatoes

Directions
  • Mix all ingredients
