Breakfast Casserole

 Makes (2) 9x13 pans

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sausage (browned and cooled)
  • dozen eggs
  • pack of frozen peppers and onions (thawed)
  • 2T dijon mustard
  • 2 lbs cheese
  • 2 blocks cream cheese
  • 1 c heavy whipping cream
  • 39oz shredded hashbrowns (thawed)
Directions
  1. mix all ingredients the night before and pour into two pans
  2. 375 degrees for 45 min
