Lemonade Cookies

Servings: 60 Cookies

Ingredients:

·         3 cups all-purpose flour

·         1/2 teaspoon baking soda

·         1 1/2 cups sugar

·         3/4 cup butter

·         1 large egg

·         1/4 cup lemon juice

·         3 tablespoons lemonade mix

Directions:

1    Mix all ingredients except flour until smooth

2.      Add flour

3.      Drop on baking sheet pans with tablespoon cookie scoop

4.      Bake @ 375 for 8 min
