- 6 Boneless Pork chops
- 1 c Greek Vinegarette
- 3T Greek Seasoning
- 1 bag frozen Stew Vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onion, celery)
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Cook Chops in skillet with 1/2 c vinegarette and 1 T greek seasoning
- Deglaze pan with 1 c water
- remove chops to cool
- poor deglazed mixture into crock pot
- cube chops
- add chops to crock pot
- add rest of ingredients to crock pot
- cook on low for 8 hours
